Here at last are the fighters of the Minmatar race, the Brutor. Instead of the balanced 8-8 that Amarr fighters have, Brutor lean slightly towards the Perception side, and value Charisma more than Intelligence.
You can either balance this out if you like or add to the imbalance to enhance your Navigation (which you start with anyway) and Drone skills.
The result in doing that can be not only a fierce warrior, but one who is in total control of the battle and brings his own mechanical help. Not a bad deal, and it shows that you can have different styles of fighting even within the combat oriented paths.
