Starting with a Sebiestor means starting with a bit of a handicap, regardless of where you're planning to go with it. Your only stat above six is Intelligence, which makes sense for the Mechanic line of skills.
On the other hand, you could look at it as a baseline, pretty balanced character - you're not great at anything, but you could be a jack-of-all-trades. It may take you longer to learn some skills, but you'll probably be learning a wider variety of them in the long run.
If you like having your options open and want to try a lot of different play styles, this may be the bloodline you want after all.
